Welcome to the Maker with Rame Community Hall
The Hall is located in beautiful Kingsand, within South East Cornwall’s so-called ‘Forgotten Corner’.
The Hall is a large venue which is run as a community facility by a small number of volunteers.
We offer facilities for local groups and clubs, and we stage film, musical, and theatrical events, dances, parties, and exercise classes.
We also host a well used weekly Community Post Office.
The Hall is especially suitable for staging wedding events where the delightful combination of inside and outside space provides multiple options for wedding organisers.
The twin villages of Kingsand/Cawsand are thriving, and – apart from several charming beaches – offer two churches, four pubs, a sea front restaurant, cafes and a delicatessen and a number of interesting shops.
The villages also offer an impressive number of bed and breakfast options and dining options.
The Hall is just 300 metres from the seafront and main car park. Everything is nearby.
If you are planning a wedding or other important event, you are very welcome to come and view the Hall by prior arrangement.
